The crew greets you with a signature local rum punch or a refreshing cocktail from the open bar. 5:00 PM – Departure & Coastal Sail: The crew hoists the sails as you glide away from the shore, cruising smoothly over calm, turquoise Caribbean waters past high-rise resorts and secluded white-sand bays. 5:45 PM – Appetizers & Open Bar: Indulge in a spread of light savory bites—such as Caribbean-spiced chicken skewers, local cheeses, and fresh fruit—while the open bar stays active with wine, beer, and mixed drinks. 6:25 PM – The Sunset Toast: The boat slows or drifts in an ideal viewing spot just as the sky turns brilliant shades of orange, pink, and gold.
