Our boat rental service is a unique way to make your own adventure and perfect for those that want to take control and captain their own boat, its perfect for families, adventurers, and couples alike. Restrictions Must have boating experience to rent. Must be at least 21 years of age to rent a boat. Must have Boater’s license. No towing allowed. No picking up additional passengers after the boat has left the dock, each boat has a set passenger capacity limit. Boat Rentals must stay within the safety of the cays in the area
Cancellations
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy prior to 8:30 AM (check-in time) the day of your trip. Please keep in mind that once you make your reservation our booking platform will update instantly which means we cannot book those spots. If you cancel within 48 hours of your trip or if you don't show up on time YOU WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL AMOUNT of your reservation. We also want to remind our guest that within 48 hours of your check-in time TICKETS ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND NOT REUSABLE. Please understand that if you wish to reschedule you must do so within 48 hours prior to the check-in time of your original trip and is only based on availability. Any cancellations made same day with less than 48-hour notice for tickets purchased or held will be charged in full and are nonrefundable. TRIPS BOOKED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE SCHEDULED DEPARTURE TIME ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If we are forced to cancel a tour due to weather or sea conditions you will not be charged. You will have the option to reschedule for the next available space. Our captains will make the final decision taking weather conditions into account. Remember that a few showers are normal in the tropics. In case it’s raining in your area, still show up for your scheduled tour as you will be charged if it goes out.
