About this experience
The original glassbottom experience! Duration 1 Hour About Sail to the bioluminescent bay in La Parguera in the original glassbottom catamaran. The tour starts by heading out 20 minutes to the original bioluminescent bay on one of our safe and spacious catamarans, on the way you can see some of the beautiful beach houses along the coast while also being able to do some stargazing on clear nights. Once you have arrived at the bay there will be a brief explanation of what causes the natural phenomenon of bioluminescence, afterwards you will get to see the dinoflagellates light up around the boat and under the boat through the many glass bottom viewing areas. Overview Our catamarans offer a very safe, stable and comfortable ride. Check in: arrive at the dock 60 minutes prior to the departure of the tour All groups must have tickets in order to board the tour every passenger must pay, including tickets for children and babies. Note In order to offer this tour, we need a minimum of 20 people. In case we do not reach that number, we will contact you to reschedule for another date or credit for another date.
Cancellations
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy prior to 8:30 AM (check-in time) the day of your trip. Please keep in mind that once you make your reservation our booking platform will update instantly which means we cannot book those spots. If you cancel within 48 hours of your trip or if you don't show up on time YOU WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL AMOUNT of your reservation. We also want to remind our guest that within 48 hours of your check-in time TICKETS ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND NOT REUSABLE. Please understand that if you wish to reschedule you must do so within 48 hours prior to the check-in time of your original trip and is only based on availability. Any cancellations made same day with less than 48-hour notice for tickets purchased or held will be charged in full and are nonrefundable. TRIPS BOOKED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE SCHEDULED DEPARTURE TIME ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If we are forced to cancel a tour due to weather or sea conditions you will not be charged. You will have the option to reschedule for the next available space. Our captains will make the final decision taking weather conditions into account. Remember that a few showers are normal in the tropics. In case it’s raining in your area, still show up for your scheduled tour as you will be charged if it goes out.
