Located in Fajardo at the very north eastern coast of Puerto Rico, this bioluminescent bay has become one of the most visited places by locals and foreign tourists alike. You won't want to miss it! On this tour, you will cross a canal inside the nature reserve that is surrounded by various types of mangroves. This protects from strong winds and helps you to paddle easily in peaceful waters. But the best part of this tour is to enjoy the incredible glittering water of the "Big Lagoon"! Tiny bioluminescent organisms called "pyrodiniums bahamenses" are the responsible for this wonder of nature. Cancellations

Groups up to 10 people: Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Groups from 11 to 30 people: Full refund or credit will be honored for cancellation requests received 2 weeks before the tour departure date. In any cases, refunds won't be issued if the tour is not completed. Participants under the influence of drugs, alcohol or with any misconduct won't be allowed. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows and/or late arrivals will be charged the total price, and payment will not be credited for future reservations or rebookings. Tours are not canceled due to rain. If our company, Yokahu Kayak Trips Inc., cancels the tour due to weather conditions, a refund will be given. Since the weather on our island is very unpredictable, a cancellation notice can be made at check-in. Note: The Bioluminescent effect is a natural phenomenon that varies continuously and cannot be predicted nor 100% guaranteed.
