About the Tour Downtown Ponce walking tour begins in Plaza Las Delicias. Parque de Bombas is located within the plaza. You will view Castillo Serralles and Cruceta del Vigia from the Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe. Locations of historical events such as the Ponce massacre and Casa Alcalde are shown.
