About this experience
Enjoy one of the most prolific rum distilleries in North America - the Bacardi Rum Distillery, Casa Bacardi in Cataño. Upon arrival to the Bacardi Pavilion you will be received with a refreshing welcome drink. Then take off aboard the distillery's trolley and begin your rum journey. The tour traces the famed distillery's history and heritage from the company's founding o the present. You will have the opportunity to shop and bring home unique and exclusive Bacardi merch, straight from PR. The Distillery facilities also have fun areas to relax, enjoy from different photo opportunities and a small restaurant on site. Tour Options: Legacy tour - 45 minutes historical tour Mixology Class - 1 hour and 15 minutes duration, including Mixology seminar with a Specialist. Only a welcome cocktail is included; additional food and drinks can be purchased at an additional cost. What if the minimum participant count isn’t met? You may reschedule, or receive a full refund.
Cancellations
Individual reservations for regular group tours with UP TO 6 PERSONS: 24 hours prior to the scheduled bus starting pick up time in order to receive full deposit back. Individual reservations for regular group tours with 7 OR MORE PERSONS: 72 hours (3 days) prior to the scheduled bus starting pick up time in order to receive full deposit back. -Private car services: 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time in order to receive full deposit back. Private / Customized tours: 72 hours (3 days) prior to scheduled pick up time. Contracted Group services, Weddings and other Special Services: 72 hours (3 days) to 14 days (2 weeks) depending on the service agreement, prior to the event/activity in order to receive full deposit back. Customers will also receive a full refund in the event of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows and last minute cancellations will be charged the full price. Reservations done on the same date are final and nonrefundable. Spaces reserved by the client and not used are nonrefundable. Due to the limited amount of spaces, the time and effort our crew has put into each of our tours we will not make any exceptions regardless of the cancellation reason.
