About this experience
At Caribe Bliss we offer you the best all inclusive snorkel and beach tour experience to Icacos Island off the coast of Fajardo. Arrive 30 minutes prior to departure time for check in and be greeted by our crew and Captain who will brief you and the rest of our guests on all our safety protocols. Briefly after check-in we will depart our Marina and head over to an offshore reef (approximately 20 minute ride) along the beautiful coast of Fajardo. Upon arrival, dive off and enjoy the diverse marine life around the reef while snorkeling for about an hour. First timers need not worry, the captain will give a quick lesson to those who have never done it before or just wish to brush up on your snorkeling skills. If snorkeling is not your thing just relax on board and get pampered by our crew with tropical drinks while listening to some island music. After snorkeling we will head over to the beach to enjoy the rest of the tour time where our crew will serve a refreshing pre-packed lunch with complimentary tropical drinks for you to enjoy. After spending a well deserved time at the beach the vessel will head back to Safe Harbor Puerto Del Rey Marina and conclude the tour experience.

Lunch Our lunch consists of cold cut turkey sandwiches, fresh made pasta salad, fresh bean salad, chips and cookies. Also mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, options for dressings and hot sauce. Drinks Coca Cola, 7Up, Diet Coke, Water, Tropical drinks and Rum. Gear Snorkeling gear, floating belts, 2 floating matts, volleyball, football, and frisbee.

Itinerary
This all inclusive tour starts in Safe Harbor Puerto del Rey Marina in dock #8102 Esplanade area. Check in is done at the boat 30 minutes prior departure time. Afternoon tours check-in is at 1:30 pm SHARP. Morning tours check-in at 7:30 am SHARP. Safety briefing is conducted by our crew approximately 10 -15 minutes before tour departure. All guest are required to be already checked-in and seated at this point. The ride to Icacos island takes from 15-20 minutes approximately depending on sea conditions. Our first stop is usually at the reef near Icacos island for snorkeling time for about 1 hour. Right after snorkeling we move to the beach location in Icacos island for beach fun and relaxation for the rest of the tour time. Our crew will be serving lunch, drinks, providing service and playing music while at the beach. We will be leaving the island and heading back to the marina at least 30 minutes before tour ending time and expected to arrive on time at dock to conclude our services. Check-in details Check-in is done at the boat 30 minutes prior departure time (sharp). Late arrivals will be considered no shows and will not be entitled to a refund or reschedule. For security purposes, at check‑in you must present the credit card used to pay for the booking along with valid photo identification. The name on the credit card must exactly match the contact name on the reservation. If the photo identification card and credit card provided do not match, we will proceed to refund the booking and get a different form of payment to avoid receiving a dispute on the original charge. Also, while the boat is in transit to the destination, all children must be seated between adults or next to a parent. Restrictions Due to safety reasons we are not allowed to have onboard: pregnant woman, children under 3 years old, guests with recent surgeries, back or neck problems. Due to HIPAA law we are not allowed to ask for any specifical medical conditions. However, If you suffer from a health condition that requires you to take regular medication, you suffer from Epilepsy which is a common condition that affects the brain and causes frequent seizures or any other condition that can put you at risk while on water activities, please be mindful and make sure you have a companion with you at all times as well as informing the crew and captain. Health & Safety Our company assumes no liability for allergic reactions or other medical issues arising from the described food offered and consumed during the tour or from exposure to allergens. We respectfully request that you bring a packed meal or snacks that meet your dietary needs or allergy requirements. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the safest possible experience. Disclaimers All tours are weather dependent. In case of cancellations due to bad weather conditions we will issue full refunds or offer rescheduling options. Island of predilection is always Icacos island. However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances that may affect the enjoyment or safety of our guests, the captain may change destination in order to provide the best and most enjoyable tour experience.

Is parking available? Yes, there is free parking available inside the marina and walking distance from our vessel. What if I didn't bring my picture Id and credit card for check in? You will be fully refunded to the original payment method and will be required to provide another form of payment either cash or other credit card from a member of your group that can also provide a picture id to validate the information. Unable to provide physical Id and credit card that matches the information will prevent you from joining the tour. Do I have to pay a Re-booking fee if I missed my tour date but I still want to participate? Yes. A non‑refundable rebooking fee of $50 per person applies, subject to availability. Please note that seats are reserved in advance and involve fixed costs; missed departures due to late arrival, no‑show/no‑call, oversleeping, or transportation issues are the customer’s responsibility. Do I have to bring towels? Yes, please bring towels. Can I bring my own alcohol? Due to the nature of this shared tour experience it is not allowed to bring alcohol onboard. We do include rum drinks as part of the tour package at no extra cost. Are chairs and umbrellas allowed? Chairs and umbrellas are not included and not allowed on this experience due to limited storage. Can I bring my own cooler? No, coolers are not permitted in this tour experience. Can I smoke onboard? Smoking (electronic cigarette, tobacco products, hookas) is not permitted onboard the vessel at any time during this tour experience. However, you are allowed to smoke at the beach. Please ask the crew members for recommended areas once we have arrived at the beach. Can I join this tour if I am pregnant? Due to safety reasons pregnant woman are not allowed in this tour experience. Are children under 3 years old allowed on this tour? Due to safety reason children under 3 years old are not allowed on this tour. Can I bring my own food if I have a special dietary restriction? Yes, you are allowed to bring your own food in case you have food allergies or any dietary restriction. We also have lunch options for vegetarians and gluten-free allergic guests. Please call us directly for details. Can I bring my own snorkeling gear? Yes, you can bring your own gear and will be required to keep it with you at all times in your backpack or beach bag before and after the snorkeling activities. Can I bring my own cup? Yes, you can bring your own cup and our bartender will be serving you at a 12oz measuring size which is the cup size we use in our tours. ** If you have any other questions or concerns please feel free to call us directly and one of our agents will be more than happy to assist you.
Cancellations
Cancellations made 48 hours (2 days) before the scheduled tour date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within the 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure date are non-refundable, no exceptions. Same day cancellations, no-shows and late arrivals for the time the tour is scheduled to begin (check in time), will be charged full price if not charged already and are non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel a public sail if a minimum number of reservations are not received. Customers will be given a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. There is a non‑refundable rebooking fee of $50 per person if you are a no-show or missed your departure time. This re-booking option is subject to availability. Please note that seats are reserved in advance and involve fixed costs; missed departures due to late arrival, no‑show/no‑call, oversleeping, or transportation issues are the customer’s responsibility. Please call the office to go over details. All marine activities are subject to water conditions. Please call a day prior for an update on cancellations or change of destination due to water conditions as per the captain’s discretion. These decisions can also be announced at check-in. If we cancel a tour due to weather or sea conditions, you will not be charged. You will have the option to reschedule for the next available space. Our captain will make the final decision as to weather conditions. Remember, a few passing rain showers are normal in the tropics and rain is more likely in the center of the island and to the west. We monitor weather reports constantly, and especially the conditions on the east coast. Fajardo’s weather can differ greatly from the weather in San Juan or wherever you are located. Please don’t make the mistake of deciding not to come if it’s raining where you are, as you will be charged if the trip goes out. If you have any questions about the weather conditions, please call us to be sure and we will be more than happy to assist you and go over specific details. Passengers who are inebriated, hungover or who are not in conditions to board the boat, the Captain will be in his right to deny the passenger(s) boarding the vessel. Passengers that don’t meet the proper requirements will not be allowed to participate and the money will be non-refundable. Due to the unique nature and small size of our groups, we are forced to remain firm about our cancellation policy. Consider that on the day of the excursion we will be there, on-site, waiting and ready to serve you. Regardless of the cancellation reason, our time and fixed cost are already invested. We may have turned down other customers by holding your space.
