Cancellations

You may cancel and receive a full refund if you inform us at least 20 days before the trip. If you inform us less than 20 days before the trip, we can reschedule but we won’t be able to give you a refund anymore as third-party arrangements have already been finalized. However, if the yacht owner partner cancels for any reason, you will receive a full refund. If the yacht owner partner cancels due to bad weather and we cannot arrange a new date within your vacation days, we will give you a full refund.
