Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances Policy: -In the event of unfavorable weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances the decision to sail rests with the captain for safety reasons. -Should a charter be canceled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. -Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. -No-shows will be charged the full price.
