What to bring Valid ID for the primary renter Special requirements Primary renter must present a valid ID. Restrictions Renters must be at least 21 years old to rent; riders must be at least 12 years old. No alcoholic beverages are served or allowed while operating the Segway. Extras Piña coladas are provided at the end of the tour; no alcoholic beverages allowed while operating the Segway. Cancellations

Cancellation & Refund Policy Guided tours and group reservations require the allocation of dedicated guides and specialized equipment. Accordingly, reservations for guided tours or groups of five (5) or more participants are subject to the following cancellation and refund schedule: Full Refund — 100% Cancellations received 48 hours or more before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund. Partial Refund — 50% Cancellations received between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a 50% refund. Non-Refundable — Less Than 24 Hours Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, partial reductions in group size, or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the full reservation payment. Please note: Once a reservation enters the non-refundable period, reducing the number of participants does not qualify for a partial refund or credit.
