Honest reviews help everyone.

Travel.PR verified reviews come from completed Travel.PR bookings. Critical reviews remain visible unless they clearly violate a content rule. Operators may respond and request a policy review, but cannot remove reviews.

When we may hide content

Spam or fraud, a review of the wrong activity, private information, threats or harassment, illegal content, duplicates, conflicts of interest, irrelevant material, competitor sabotage, or another clear content-policy violation. Admin actions are recorded.

What is not a reason to hide a review

A low star rating, an honest complaint, criticism of an operator, disappointment with price or value, or weather and logistics comments tied to a real experience.

External reputation

Third-party ratings are labeled by source and shown separately. Featured testimonials are selected content; they are never presented as all reviews or included in the Travel.PR verified rating.
